Bulldog Swim Camp

The goal of the Bulldog Swim Camp is to elevate every campers swimming performance through focused training and technique improvement in a positive and fun environment. The Bulldog Swim Camp will offer a balance of training along with focus on skills, drills and body position needed to become a more efficient swimmer. Each athlete will be taught the importance of proper technique, starts, turns, and the 5th stroke (underwater kicking).

Each day of camp will include a workout session and stroke mechanics taught through video analysis and classroom discussion from camp staff featuring the Yale University Women’s Swimming staff. Swimmers attending the Bulldog Swim Camp will leave with an enhanced passion for the sport of swimming and greater knowledge of the steps necessary to achieve their goals.

*This is a commuter camp


Male and female swimmers (ages 8-up) of any ability level are welcome. It is highly recommended, but not required, that swimmers have competitive experience prior to attending. On-site registration permitted on space available basis so please check ahead of time. Per NCAA rules, sport camps and clinics conducted by Yale University are open to all entrants. Enrollment is limited only by age, grade level, gender, and capacity restrictions as specified by each camp.
